Medical reports are written for doctors. Patients read them first.
“No hydronephrosis.”
Precise words that mean little to most people, often read days before the follow-up appointment.
Search, guess, worry
People fill the gap with internet searches that rarely match their actual report.
Reports in one language
Families often read in a different language from the one the report is written in.
One photo in. A clear picture out.
Read
We extract every organ, finding and measurement from the photographed or PDF report.
Check
Uncertain readings, such as handwriting, are shown to the user to confirm.
Explain
Each line is explained in plain words in the user's language, next to the original text.
Show
Findings appear on a 3D body at the size and position the report gives.
The scans people actually get.

Built to be trusted.
- Patient education, not diagnosis. ScanSays visualises the text of a report written by a medical professional. It does not interpret scan images or give medical advice.
- Transparent. The original report text is always shown beside our explanation.
- Human in the loop. Low-confidence readings are confirmed by the user before anything is drawn.
- Careful wording. Sensitive results, especially in pregnancy, are restated factually and never framed as good or bad news.
- Private by default. Encryption in transit and at rest, deletion on request, and no sale of personal data. See our privacy policy.
